1. About Us

Smile Dentist operates from 20 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London, SW7 3DL. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all our dental professionals are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• All appointments are subject to availability.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to attend or late cancellations may incur a charge.
• We endeavour to run on time but occasionally delays occur due to emergency cases. We appreciate your patience.

3. Membership Plan

• Membership is a 12-month rolling contract at £20 per month (individual) or £10 per month (additional family member).
• Members receive 50% off standard treatment prices for the duration of their active membership.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Membership does not cover the cost of treatments — it provides a discount on treatment fees.
• To cancel membership, please provide 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding treatment plan commitments remain payable.

4. Treatment Plans & Consent

• All treatment plans are provided following a clinical examination and are tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
• Treatment fees quoted are estimates and may vary depending on clinical findings during treatment.
• Informed consent will be obtained before any treatment begins, in accordance with GDC standards.
• No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Individual results vary depending on clinical factors, patient compliance, and oral health.

5. Prices

• All prices displayed are starting-from prices unless otherwise stated.
• A full treatment plan with confirmed pricing will be provided before treatment begins.
• We reserve the right to update our fees. Patients will be notified of any changes.

6. Finance

• 0% finance is available on selected treatments, subject to status and affordability checks.
• Credit is provided by a third-party lender. Smile Dentist acts as a credit broker and not a lender.
• A representative example will be provided before any credit agreement is entered into.
• Extended finance plans (beyond 0%) are also available, subject to terms and conditions.

7. Free Consultations

Complimentary consultations are brief initial assessments to discuss your needs and explore treatment options. They do not include diagnostic imaging (x-rays, CT scans) or detailed treatment planning, which may incur separate charges. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following a free consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, no medical or dental treatment is without risk. All treatments carry potential risks and complications which will be discussed with you during the consent process. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
