Dr. Sam Parsno

Dr Sam Parsno BDS (Sweden), DipImpDent RCS (Eng.), MSc ImpDent URJC (Spain), has been trained by some of the world's foremost experts in advanced implant dentistry, including Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark.

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr Parsno has developed comprehensive expertise in implant and advanced restorative dentistry. His formal training began at the renowned Brånemark Implant Centre in Gothenburg, where he completed his postgraduate foundation course in Implant Dentistry in 2000. He later achieved his Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons (FGDP) in London in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Implant Dentistry from the prestigious Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid in 2016.

Over the course of his career, he has completed extensive postgraduate training across Europe, gaining advanced clinical experience in Sweden, Austria, Germany, Spain and the UK. This broad international background has shaped his refined clinical approach and deep understanding of complex implant and cosmetic dental treatments.

Dr Parsno is the founder and course director of the London College of Oral Implantology (LCOI), where he provides postgraduate implant training to both UK and international dentists.

He graduated from the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Stockholm — one of Europe's leading dental universities and home to the Nobel Prize Assembly. In the 2019 QS World University Rankings, the Karolinska Institute was recognised as the world's top university for dentistry.

Dr Parsno has been acknowledged within the profession as a finalist for three UK dentistry awards in 2015 and 2016. While many clinicians offer implant dentistry, only a select number have undergone training to such an advanced level.

He currently serves as an implant mentor and lecturer at the London College of Oral Implantology (LCOI), supported by Nobel Biocare, and provides implant mentoring across multiple practices throughout the UK.
