A complete single-tooth implant — three components, one fee

Zirconia crown

A custom zirconia crown made by a UK dental laboratory to match your natural teeth in shape and shade.

The £2,950 fee assumes no additional preparatory procedures are clinically required. Any extra steps (extraction, bone graft, sinus lift, sedation) are quoted to you separately in writing.

ServiceFee

Single Tooth Dental Implant — including titanium fixture, abutment & zirconia crown

Our headline implant fee covers the surgical placement of the titanium implant, the abutment that connects it to the crown, and the custom zirconia crown made by a UK dental laboratory. This is an all-in fee for a single-tooth implant assuming no additional preparatory procedures are required.

£2,950

Implant-supported bridge (2 implants supporting a 3-unit bridge)

A common solution for 3 missing teeth in a row: two implants support a three-unit bridge, usually more cost-effective than three single implants. Final fee confirmed in writing after assessment.

From £7,950

Implant-retained overdenture (per arch)

A removable denture that clips onto 2 or more implants for dramatically improved stability. The number of implants and the denture design vary by case and are quoted in writing after clinical and radiographic assessment.

Quoted individually

Full-arch fixed implant bridge

A fixed bridge supported by multiple implants to restore an entire jaw. Treatment is fully bespoke and a detailed itemised quote is provided after clinical and radiographic assessment.

£30.00

Standard Dental Examination (returning patient)

£95.00

CBCT 3D scan (when clinically indicated)

A 3D scan of the jaw is taken before most implant treatments to plan the position of the implant accurately and assess the available bone.

£250.00

Tooth extraction (when required before implant)

Simple extraction. Surgical or complicated extractions are quoted separately.

From £250.00

Bone graft (when required)

Some patients need additional bone in the jaw to support an implant. The exact fee depends on the volume of graft material required and the technique used.

From £500.00

Sinus lift (when required)

For upper back implants where the sinus floor needs to be lifted to allow safe implant placement.

From £1,200.00

IV sedation (optional, for anxious patients)

Provided by a registered sedationist. Includes pre-sedation assessment.

From £450.00

No membership discount on implants. Our £20/month dental membership covers many routine and cosmetic treatments but does not apply to implant treatment. Implant fees are the same for members and non-members.

What to expect

Your Implant Treatment Journey

Single-tooth implant treatment is usually completed across 3–6 months. Your dentist will give you a personalised timeline at consultation; the steps below describe the typical journey.

Visit 1

1.Consultation, CBCT 3D scan & treatment plan

Clinical assessment, a CBCT 3D scan when clinically indicated, and discussion of your options. You receive a written, itemised treatment plan with the total fee for approval before any treatment begins.

Visit 2

2.Implant placement (surgical appointment)

The titanium implant is placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic (with optional IV sedation). Most appointments take 60–90 minutes. A temporary tooth may be provided in the aesthetic zone where appropriate.

Months 3–6

3.Healing & osseointegration

The implant integrates with the surrounding bone. This biological healing typically takes 3–6 months depending on the site and your individual healing — your dentist will give you a personalised timeline.

Visit 3

4.Impressions / digital scan for the crown

Once integration is confirmed, an impression or digital scan is taken so that a custom zirconia crown can be made by a UK dental laboratory.

Visit 4

5.Fitting your new crown

The abutment and zirconia crown are fitted, the bite is checked and adjusted, and you receive written aftercare. A short review appointment confirms everything has settled.

Implants are often suitable for

  • Replacing a single missing tooth without affecting adjacent teeth
  • Replacing several missing teeth in a row with an implant bridge
  • Restoring chewing function in patients with loose or unstable dentures
  • Patients with healthy gums, adequate bone, and good general health
  • Patients who are non-smokers or willing to stop smoking before treatment

Implants may not be suitable when

  • Active gum disease or untreated decay is present — these are treated first
  • There is insufficient bone — bone grafting or sinus lift may be needed first
  • You are a heavy smoker — smoking significantly increases the risk of implant failure
  • You have uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes) — discuss with your dentist and GP
  • You are pregnant — non-essential dental surgery is usually deferred

Suitability for dental implants always depends on a clinical and radiographic assessment by your dentist. As with any surgical procedure, dental implant treatment carries risks (including infection, nerve injury, sinus complications and implant failure); these will be explained to you in detail as part of informed consent before any treatment is agreed.
