Can I go back to work?
A: We recommend taking the rest of the day off. If the extraction was difficult, take the next day off too. Rest helps the blood clot form.
What is "Dry Socket"?
A: This happens if the blood clot dislodges. To avoid it: Don't smoke, don't drink through a straw, and don't rinse your mouth for 24 hours after surgery.
