All you need to do is wear each aligner for two weeks before you change it for a new one. Keep your aligners in for at least 20-22 hours per day and you’ll have a newly straightened smile in no time. As the aligners are removable, you can take them out for eating, drinking, and cleaning your teeth afterwards.

You’ll have regular appointments with us throughout your treatment, just so we can keep an eye on your progress. Since there are no fiddly wires to change or adjustments to make, your appointments will be much quicker than usual.
